Method of Payment:
First time orders are on a prepaid basis. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We will accept a check or money order; however, orders will not ship until receipt of payment. A $30 service charge will be levied on returned checks.
Terms for Established Credit:
Upon approval of credit application we offer net 30 day term to qualified accounts, a 2% discount on purchase price net of taxes if payment is received within ten days of invoice date. A monthly service charge of 2% will be added to overdue balances. Shipments will be held on delinquent accounts over sixty (60) days.
Minimum Order:
Our minimum order is $100. Orders less than $100 will be charged a $25 setup fee.
Shipping, Handling and Insurance:
Freight charges are in addition to product purchased. Inside the USA we ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Outside the USA shipments will ship via customer specified carrier. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Cargo insurance is available upon customer request and will be in addition to product purchased. Deliveries within the D/FW metroplex will not be subject to insurance and handling charges.
Change Order:
All additions, deletions or changes must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing an order.
Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Damaged Items:
Notification of damaged merchandise must be made within five (5) days of receiving product. Insured damaged goods will be replaced at no charge within thirty (30) days. Upon request, AJR will provide instructions for disposition and claim and issue a Return Authorization Number. Returns of damaged goods will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Uninsured damaged goods will not be replaced.
Return Policy:
AJR will review all customer supplied DWG / DXF drawings, hand drawn profiles, and verbal instructions and ask client or a representative of client for verbal confirmation to proceed prior to processing material. After confirmation to proceed, no returns will be accepted.
